We don't just build your fence; we protect your investment. Our annual maintenance plans ensure your perimeter stays secure, gates swing true, and wire stays tight year-round.

Program Details & Boundaries

What is Included:

Subscriptions cover skilled hand-tool maintenance and repairs. This includes wire tensioning, fastener checks and replacements, custom gate adjustments, and manual brush clearing along the fence line.

What is Not Included:

Heavy equipment operation, kms exceeding the subscribed amount, and major structural reconstruction are excluded from the annual maintenance hours. These services require a separate quote and will be billed independently.

Bronze Tier — $550/year

 Includes: 4 hour on-site check-up and maintenance. 1 Scheduled visit per year

 Best For: Small acreages and standard property perimeters needing basic annual upkeep located within 50 kms of Creston BC. Travel included

Silver Tier — $1,150/year

 Includes: 8 hours of dedicated seasonal maintenance. Up to 2 scheduled visits per year (spring and fall)

 Best For: Hobby farms, orchards, and mid-sized properties with livestock or high-wear gates located within 100 kms of Creston BC. Travel included

Gold Tier — $2,250/year

 Includes: 15 hours of dedicated seasonal maintenance, Up to 2 scheduled visits per year PLUS 1 priority emergency response per year.

 Best For: Active working farms, high-pressure livestock enclosures, and large acreages requiring rigorous perimeter security located within 150 kms of Creston BC. Travel included

Enterprise Tier — Custom quote required.

 Includes: Custom daily rate tailored to your operation.

 Best For: Large-scale operations, such as 50+ mile ranches, requiring extensive, ongoing perimeter management.
